Absolutely a no brainer here. My HP Printer died on day 364 of the 1 year HP Manufacturer warranty. I fought w/HP throughout process, and they stated that my Warranty had expired 75 days prior--impossible, as I had the Amazon receipt to prove it. Tech could not fix it, and said it would be 7-14 days before someone could get back to me to inquire/fix the warranty issue. Of course, it would have been at least another week once I got the repair set up and complete. I called SquareTrade, who held an extended Warranty on the priner, and in less than 5 minutes, the rep told me he would make the claim and approve it once he got my receipt. I sent the receipt, received an affadavit to sign, and 3 days later...a new Amazon Gift Card Plus 5%. 5 days later I am still waiting for HP to call me, and I'll have my new printer next week--and purchased another SqT warranty!!!

I had brought a netbook from Amazon last year and also had brought a extended warranty from Squaretrade as a back up. I am glad I did because my netbook started giving problems. I contacted Squaretrade and they walked me through the steps on what to do and how to ship item back to them so they can review my netbook. They saw that it was deffective and refunded me the amount I paid for the netbook and offered a 5% increase if i wanted the refund in a Amazon gift card.
The claim was flawless and their customer service was even better. I never really brought entended warranties for any product but i listened to Squardtrades customer service repersentives and they made sence and that should get one even if its just for a backup and to have a peace of mind. I am really glad that i listened to them and had brought the warrenty.
I will highly reccomend Squardtrade Warranties for all your electronics. They really stand by their their word. I will always buy extra coverage for all my products through them anss=d you should too.

I have been a long time customer of Square Trade Warranties and I have several items with a Square Trade Warranty plan. I have had a couple of items fail while under warranty and Square Trade delivered EXCEPTIONAL customer service. On each item, I entered my claim info online and the same day, they acknowledged my claim, gave me instructions on how to proceed with the item, and paid each claim within 3-5 days. There was no hassle and I love doing business with them! I will always use them for all my warranty needs. Chris N.
