The connector arrived slightly bent, and would not fit on to the DVI port of my computer.
After bending it back to shape, the connector failed to send a video signal from my MacBook Pro to my Sony HDTV. The computer recognized that a Sony TV was connected, but no video signal came through. At least it was super cheap so I dont feel so bad.

Very simple part - it does exactly what you expect. Seller did a good job shipping - got it within a few days of ordering. The price does vary on this - I think I paid less than a buck, so try to buy it when it is low. I now have the HDMI connection on my LCD TV connected to my computer just the way I want. Picture quality is excellent. Great buy.

Just know if you're trying to use this for a Comcast cable box for HDMI you won't be able to get any sound. The video looks fine and I imagine even the sound would be fine if I were using it for anything that could actually play sound, but I am not.
